DELIVERY CHARGES & RETURNS

Ordering

We aim to make the ordering process as simple and as straightforward as possible.

When your parcel has been despatched, an email will be sent to you notifying you and giving an estimated delivery date.  Our despatch day is a Tuesday, please allow 7-10 days (it's usually quicker!)

 

Pricing

All prices include VAT @ 20% but exclude delivery charges.  No item will be despatched until full payment has been received and cleared by the bank.

 

UK Delivery

Our standard UK delivery charge is £3.25 per delivery address.

If you would like delivery to The Isle of Man/Guernsey or Jersey please contact us as the delivery charge will be different to mainland UK.

All delivery charges are subject to change should the weight or size of the parcel require further postage to be paid.  We will contact you before despatching your parcel should this be the case.

 

International Delivery

We welcome international orders please contact us by email: enquiries@duperedesign.com and we will be happy to arrange for a quote for delivery prior to ordering.  All prices are charged in GBP.

International deliveries may be subject to import duties, taxes and customs clearance.  These will be the responsibility of the customer.

 

Delivery

Let us know if you need your goods urgently and we will do our best to get them to you as quickly as possible - we can also gift wrap and include a card if required.

 

Returns

We hope you love our products as much as we do.  However under the Distance Selling Regulations, if you are not entirely satisfied with the goods you can return them to us for a full refund or exchange as long as the goods are returned in new and perfect condition and in the original packaging.  All returns must be notified by email within 7 days stating the reason for the return.  Please ensure that all fragile items are securely packaged.  We strongly recommend that you obtain proof of postage for the goods as we can take no responsibility for goods lost in transit.  Return postage will be at customer's own cost.

 

In the event an item arrives damaged, or not as ordered, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery to arrange a replacement or refund.
